What is the average duration of services?

Your average groom can take anywhere from 45 minutes to 3 hours. Factors include the dog’s temperament, breed, size and the type of services being performed.

How often should I rebook?

You’ll have the opportunity to rebook after your appointment. It is a common practice to book 6-8 weeks after the initial visit. Though depending on breed and personal needs of your dog, you will have the opportunity to rebook more frequently.

What areas do you service?

The service areas will vary, depending on our schedule and availability. Generally, Central and Southern New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the Philadelphia suburbs.

What is the lead time for booking an Appointment?

It may take anywhere from 1 week to 2 months depending on location and availability.

What is the service charge?

The minimum service charge ($25) covers mobile grooming related expenses. Anything in addition is a direct reflection of the unique needs for your pet.(Ig: elder dogs may require more time if they have mobility challenges or tire easily.)

Will I need updated rabies and vaccination forms for my pet?

Yes, you will need to provide a copy of your pet's rabies certificate along with your veterinarian's name and phone number. We recommend that your pet is up to date on all of its vaccinations but it is not legally required. This is protection for your pet.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, gift cards, credit and debit cards. All grooming fees must be paid at the time of service.

Do you need to plug into my electric outlet or use my water?

No, The van is a completely self-contained unit. It has both warm fresh water and grey water tanks on board. Grey water will never empty on your property. The van has a generator that provides for all of its electrical needs. The unit is always climate controlled.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

No worries! We will contact you through our scheduling app to confirm 2 days prior to your appointment. If you cancel within less than 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged the base rate of the groom. If there is no notice given, you will be charged the full cost of the groom.

Do I have to be home for you to groom my pet?

If and when both your pet and the groomer feel comfortable with each other, we can make arrangements for grooming to be done without your presence.

  • Your name & address with zip code

  • Your dogs breed & age

  • The last time they were professionally groomed

  • Special attention needs, ie: disabled, senior or aggressive tendencies

  • Your weekly availability

  • The type of groom you would like
